Responsibilities: Liaise with banks/CPF Board/Private Properties/Clients on related conveyancing and payment issues . Handling full range of BUC Files, conveyancing transactions such as Handle Private property transactions,
E-lodgements, e-stamping, e-filing & etc.,
Requirements:
» Must have relevant working experience in handling Private property transactions
» Good team player with initiatives
» Able to handle files independently
» Bi-lingual, handle English and Mandarin speaking clients
» Applicants must be willing to work in Toa Payoh Central.
